Lemon Cheesecake Dip
Adapted from Taste and Tell
Ingredients:
8 oz (1 pkg) cream cheese, softened
7 oz (1 jar) marshmallow creme
6 oz (1 container / 3/4 cup) yogurt - lemon, vanilla, or plain
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions:
1. With a mixer or food processor, beat/process the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the marshmallow creme until smooth. Mix in the yogurt, zest, and juice until smooth.
2. Cover and chill until ready to use (you can use it right away, but it is even better if you let it chill for about an hour).
3. Serve!
