Chicken Sandwich Sauce

This creamy delicious sauce is especially well suited to breaded fried chicken sandwiches, though it's also great on grilled chicken, fried fish, and burgers.
There are a few nights a week that I get home late and need to make something quick for dinner.  At least one of those nights, that means a burger or sandwich.  After a while, though, one gets tired of the same old sauces.  I decided it was high time to come up with something tasty and new.  Well, here it is!

Chicken Sandwich Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried tarragon

1.  Stir all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.  Cover and chill for at least one hour.  Stir.  Serve!
