Lemon Cheesecake Dip

I love fruit.  So versatile - it's just wonderful any time and any way you serve it.  This dip is a great accompaniment - it's perfect for dipping or as a fruit salad dressing.  Creamy, lemony, delicious!

Lemon Cheesecake Dip
Adapted from Taste and Tell

8 oz (1 pkg) cream cheese, softened
7 oz (1 jar) marshmallow creme
6 oz (1 container / 3/4 cup) yogurt - lemon, vanilla, or plain
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice

1.  With a mixer or food processor, beat/process the cream cheese until smooth.  Mix in the marshmallow creme until smooth.  Mix in the yogurt, zest, and juice until smooth.

2.  Cover and chill until ready to use (you can use it right away, but it is even better if you let it chill for about an hour).

3.  Serve!
